Airborne Airlines ✈️

Faux Airline Prototype
Project Overview
Final project of a 6 week RMIT UI Design short course - completed in 2021

The brief was to build a mobile friendly website to showcase a newly launched airline.

The emphasis on using User Interface design to create not only an aesthetically pleasing and responsive website but also promote ultra-comfortable and affordable economical flights.

Key objectives:
- Option to book a flight as soon as possible
- Include engaging and relevant imagery
- Design a booking form allow the user to:
   - Departure location
    - Arrival location
    - Date/s
    - Option: Round trip or One way
- Provide opportunity for users to browse through deals

I explored UI flow, different UI states, mood boards to capture the essence and soul of the website.
After careful consideration, I developed a component library of fonts, buttons and icons in different states.

The end product was to put everything together into a prototype and with some user testing to help iterate and validate my design decisions
