In a Salesforce meeting, there was mention of an external data agency looking to create a mobile app to improve and streamline the donation process for the Collection Business.

The Collection Business, collects donated clothes and small homewares from people's homes and supplies these donated goods to Savers Second Hand Used Clothing Thrift & Vintage Store.

The current model relies heavily on a call centre to approve and process collections.
